That sounds like a good idea, Brandon. Would you like to share your site's address with our readers?
-- Contributed by: LorieI started a college textbook classifieds ads site for this purpose alone. Why not trade books with people who need them by placing a free ad?

Unfortunately, this is rather common in the collegiate world. However, your daughter might be able to sell her book online instead of using the college bookstore for book buybacks. This is often the best way to get rid of a book that is an outdated edition.

-- Contributed by: DanahindersMy daughter attends Winthrop University and one of her professors required his students to purchase a $72 book that they never even used. I'm wondering if he or the schools gets a kickback on the sell of these books. Also, because a new edition came out for next year my daughter was not even able to sell the book back. Is anyone else having this problem?

-- Contributed by: DanahindersYou forgot SmartBookFinder.com. Its a great site that compares prices at all the major on-line bookstores and finds the lowest price. I also use it because it has a feature to find books I can in a week or under (1-7 Days). Definitely get your books on-line, there is not any question about that. Oncampus bookstores are a rip off. I saved hundreds of dollars using SmartBookFinder.com. I definitely recommend it. Okay, time to stop procrastinating and get back to studying!
