In the film Legally Blonde, Elle's fellow sorority girls were her best friends. They looked out for each other. They helped her study and achieve her dream of going to Harvard Law School. Despite the fluff factor in the film, the movie emphasized the very real positives of joining a sorority. In addition to gaining important relationships, sorority girls can list their sorority on their resume for the charitable work they do, build leadership skills, and take advantage of networking opportunities.
